The snail invites us to imagine a different relationship with time. Contemplating our relationship with time is another way to embrace the mystery of life since time itself is a mystery. Time is the motion of change, a constant flow and movement - yet all we can ever experience is now. We live in the 'nowscape'. To cultivate a relationship with the reality of the present moment is a profound way to live.

This one-of-a-kind necklace is a tiny sculpture of a snail forged and fused in sterling silver. 

The pendant measures 1.9cm wide and 1.5cm tall. 

The chain is darkened sterling silver and closes with my handmade hook clasp. 
The chain measures 18 inches long.
