I am done lamenting that the trees stand bare,
exposed to elements that test their spirits.
The world doesn’t need my idle sorrow or my lack of trust in the cycles of life.
I want this despair to sprout hope and become my action.
How does the seed know that the dark is the place to grow?
Maybe the seed within me knows this too.
My reflection on this necklace is about trusting the cycles of life and allowing hope to sprout within us.
It's in the autumn when most of the trees and plants release their seeds. That means that winter is the time to simply wait. This patience is important too.
